Created in memory of Parker Beam, a part of the Beam family who worked in the Bourbon industry for over 50 years.

The Rare Malt Selection is a historic selection of single malt whiskies from operational and lost distilleries that were released by Diageo between 1995 and 2005.

A 75cl bottling of Clynelish, released within the Rare Malt Selection.  Distilled in 1972 and bottled as a 23 year old at 57.1%.

Chichibu Ichiro's Malt American White Oak 2013 #2688

Distilled in 2013 and matured in a single American White Oak cask #2688, the Ichiro name would imply that this is a Chichibu.

The teenager of this family of world reknowned American whiskies, now in incredibly high demand!

Canadian Club 1931

This very rare bottle of Canadian Club Whisky is date stamped 1931, during the U.S. prohibition period (1920 - 1933) when contraband whisky, mostly from Canada was smuggled into the USA. It is often rumoured that Hiram Walker & Sons, the owners of Canadian Club & whose name appears prominently on this label, came to prominance as a global spirits company through whisky running into the USA. 

The embossed neck capsule is covered by the original & unbroken government seal (strip stamp) personally numbered 01397 & dated 1931. The bottle shows no ABV strength or volume because it predates that legislation. The label shows 3 UK Royal Warrents to HM King George V (the reigning monarch) HM King Edward V11 1901 - 1910, HM Queen Victoria 1898 - 1901.

Chichibu Ichiro's Malt Mizunara Heads 2011 #1429

Distilled in 2011 and matured in Mizunara wood, the Ichiro name would imply that this is a Chichibu. 

Pittyvaich 1977 Cadenhead's / Bar Metro

Distilled in 1977 and bottled in late 1980s or early 1990s by Cadenhead's. This was Bar Metro in Italy. 

A cask strength Cadenhead bottling release from this closed Speysde distillery.

Distilled in Winter 1981 and bottled 2000 this is a younger expression of Port Ellen.

Port Charlotte PC5

Port Charlotte is a heavily peated spirit produced by Bruichladdich in rememberance and hope for a long list distillery at Port Charlotte on Islay, which closed in 1929. 

Matured in both bourbon and sherry cask this 5 year old spirit was limited to 6,038 bottles.

Clynelish 12 Year Old 1980s Ainslie & Heilbron

A 1980s bottling of Clynelish by Ainslie & Heilbron Distillers but bottled by Gordon and MacPhail, making it a semi-official bottling. 

These old Clynelish bottlings have an enormous cult following, no suprising really as they are fantastic and such a contrast from the distilleries style today.

Port Ellen 1981 Signatory Vintage 17 Year Old

Port Ellen bottled by Signatory Vintage, distilled on the 22nd April 1981 and matured in casks #1385 and 1388 until bottling in June 1998.

This is bottle number 406 of 820.

Chichibu 2008 Newborn Bourbon Cask

A very early bottling from Chichibu, this 'Newborn' bottling was distilled June-July 2008.

Placed into cask in July 2008 and bottled in December 2008 at a strength of 62.5%.

Chartreuse De Tarragona 1973-1985 Yellow Label

Originally created in 1605 by monks using a recipe for an elixir of long life. 

Produced between 1904-1989 in Tarragona (Spain) after the Carthusian Monks were exiled from France. In 1989 the distillery in Tarragona closed down and the production of this liquor returned to France. Nowadays the bottles produce in the distillery of Tarragona have become one of the most expensive and sought after liquors in the world. The recipe contains more than 130 different plants and flowers, the Mediterranean character of the Tarragona distillery is bottled in this unique and limited liquor.
