Dalmore 1926 50 Year Old

A very old whisky, distilled way, way back in 1926 and matured for 50 years before being bottled at cask strength. 

Presented in a sturdy well-crafted wooden box with leather straps and a stopper for the bottle. 

The wax seal is in good condition. 

The decanter weighs 1.3 KG, which implies the fill level is either correct, or if the decanter weighs more than average slightly low. 

This is a prime example of classic authentic presentation for a liquid the age of which is going to be close to impossible to get in the future. 

Richard Hennessy Cognac

Richard Hennessy is the pinnacle of 200 years of Cognac producing experience, knowledge and passion of Maison Hennessy, with a special blend of exceptionaly delicious and rare eaux-de-vie aged from 40 years to nearly 200 years old.

Each carafe is numbered and crafted from pure hand-blown crystal.

Remy Martin Louis XIII Cognac Pre 2000s

Remy Martin is perhaps the most well known of all Cognac producers and has established a reputation for quality that very few others can relate to.

The Louis XIII bottling is a stunning Baccarat decanter which holds Grande Champagne cognac aged between 40 and 100 years.

This set of bottles includes four engraved bottles of cask strength whisky.

Descubrimiento 1492 Gran Solera

Descubrimiento translates to discovery. The 1492 is reference to the European discovery of the continent of America. 

This is a Spanish sherry matured in the solera system. 

North British 50 Year Old 125th Anniversary

A rare official bottling of North British, a single grain whisky produced in the heart of Edinburgh.

Released to commemorate the 125th anniversary of North British distillery in 2010.

One of only 500 crystal decanters produced with a certificate of authenticity. 

This is bottle number 411 of 500. 

Dufftown 8 Year Old 1960s

From the House of Bells, this Dufftown-Glenlivet is 8 years old, bottled during the 1960s.

Dalmore 1973 Gonzalez Byass Finish 30 Year Old

Distilled on the 22nd March 1973 and matured in American oak before being finished in Matusalem Oloroso sherry casks from Gonzalez Byass, Jere. de la Frontera, bottled as a 30 year old.

From the rear of the box this whisky, 'it is in essence a 'collectors item as it is a unique collaboration between two premium brands to bring you the ultimate single malt experience'

Domaine De La Romanee-Conti Echezeaux Grand Cru, Cote de Nuit 1972

From the celebrated Domaine De La Romanee-Conti, produced with 100% Pinot Noir exclusively sourced from the 93 acre Echezeaux Gran Cru (the highest possible quality classification for Burgundian vineyards) vineyard in the Cote de Nuit, in the northern end of Burgundy. Domaine de la Romanée Conti, recognised as producing some of the most expencive and saught after wines in the world, is co-owned by the de Villaine and Leroy/Roch families, the former successors to Jacques-Marie Duvault Blochet who bought the vineyard of La Romanée Conti in 1869, Jacques-Marie Duvault Blochet was an advocate of harvesting late in order to ensure optimum ripeness, a philosophy to which his descendants adhere today. 1972 was a late, large vintage with best examples comming from th Cote de Nuit as opposed to the Cote de Beaune with Decanter magazine recognising Domaine De La Romanee-Conti as one of the vintages best producers.

The latest 21 year old official release by Diageo.

Distilled in 1992 and matured in refill American oak.

Bottle number 3,184 of 4,530.

Rosebank 1981 20 Year Old Rare Malt

The Rare Malt Selection is a historic selection of single malt whiskies from operational and lost distilleries that were released by Diageo between 1995 and 2005.

This Rosebank was distilled in 1981 and bottled in the May 2002 release, at another impressive abv of 62.3%.

Bottle number 3095.

Dalmore 30 Year Old Stillman's Dram

An early 1990s bottling of Dalmore aged for an impressive 30 years.

Bottled within Whyte and Mackay's long gone Stillman's series of whiskies.

Dailuaine 1966 Cadenhead's 23 Year Old

A 23 Year Old Dailuanie, that was distilled in 1966 and

bottled at cask strength by Cadenhead's in December 1989.

Rosebank 1990 21 Year Old

Rosebank is a sorely missed lowland malt but occasionally Diageo has a Special Release

This was aged in refill American oak and refill European oak casks, a must have official bottle from this lost classic.

Distilled in 1990 and released within Diageo's Super Premium selection 2011.

Limited to only 5604 bottles.

Drambuie Jacobite Decanter 45 Year Old

Named after Scotland's uprising of the 1740s, where apparently Drambuie's origins begin. Bonnie Prince Charlie was being pursued after the Battle of Culloden and had to escape from the Isle of Skye. He was assisted by John MacKinnon and as thanks the Prince gave him the recipe to his personal liqueur. The Clan MacKinnon passed this through the generations and it would eventually become Drambuie. 

This special edition is a blend of 21 year old whiskies that were then aged for 24 years in a combination of bourbon and sherry oak, then mixed with Drambuie's mix of herbs and spices. 

The liquid is filled into a hand blown tear drop decanter with stopper and presented with a replica Spottiswoode \"Amen\" Glass which was used by Jacobite sympathisers and ownership would have constituted treason. The set also includes a hand bound 32 page leather booklet by Ian Buxton telling the story of both the rebellion and the set. 

One of only 150 sets.

North Port / Brechin 1970 Sestante Import 19 Year Old 75cl

Mothballed in 1983 and demolished in 1990, the site now houses a Supermarket. 

North Port is quickly becoming scarce, this is a rare example from the early 1970s, distilled in 1970 and bottled by Italian importer Sestante at 19 years old.

Red Breast 15 Year Old / First Edition for LMDW

Redbreast is a single pot sill whiskey from Midleton in Ireland. A combination of malted and unmalted barley are tripple distilled in copper pot stills. 

This is an older bottling of their 15 year old, produced at the Bow Street distillery - originally released exclusively to La Maison Du Whisky, Paris.

Dallas Dhu 1972 Gordon and Macphail

Distilled in 1972 and bottled some time in the Eighties, this Speyside distillery has been closed sinced the 1980s but lives on as a Historic Scotland Museum. 

North Port / Brechin 1970 Gordon and MacPhail 

An older G&M bottling of this closed Highland distillery, distilled in 1970 and bottled at 17 years old within their Connoisseur's Choice range.

Please note there is no box. 

Dallas Dhu 1981 Douglas Laing 21 Year Old

Dallas Dhu is a long closed Speyside distillery. 

This bottle was distilled in July 1981 and then bottled in October 2002 as a 21 year old by Douglas Laing.

One of 360 bottles. 

Rosebank 1989 Gordon and Macphail

A good example of Rosebank, distilled in 1989 and bottled in 2013 within Gordon and Macphail's Rare Old range.

North Port / Brechin 1970 Gordon and MacPhail

Mothballed in 1983 and demolished in 1990, the site of North Port now houses a Supermarket. 

North Port is quickly becoming scarce, this 1970 release from Gordon and Macphail was bottled in the 1980s or early 1990s.  

Royal Lochnagar 1974 Rare Malt 24 Year Old 

The Rare Malt Selection is a historic selection of single malt whiskies from operational and lost distilleries that were released by Diageo between 1995 and 2005.

The distillery is situated close to Balmoral, the Queen’s official residence in Scotland which makes this Distillery a Tourist must.

Rosebank 12 Year Old Flora and Fauna

This Flora and Fauna bottling of Rosebank has been discontinued for a number of years and was the last standard official release from Rosebank.

There have been super premium releases from Diageo since this bottle was discontinued.

Darroze Les Grands Assemblage 50 Year Old Armagnac

This is a 50 year old blended Armagnacs from Darroze's taken from the celler's of Brandy producing estates across Armagnac area. 

Whiskyfun and Malt Maniacs legend Serge Valentin said this was \"Amazing and Glorious\", making this perhaps an opportunity to see why back in the day Brandy was the most respected spirit in the world. 

Dew of Ben Nevis 40 Year Old Single Blend

Only a few distilleries in Scotland have ever produced malt whisky and grain whisky at the same location, Ben Nevis is one of them.  

Single Blends are certainly very rare and unique, not only that but this whisky was 'blended at birth' and married together for 40 years.

Originally only available in the Japanese duty free market this Nikka blend is adorned by a Samurai. 

Dalmore Dee Dram First Edition 

The River Dee is revered the world over for its picturesque beauty, clean crisp waters and of course its exceptional salmon fishing.

The Rivers Collection was originally released in 2010 and included four bottlings named after four famous Scottish Salmon rivers, The Dee, The Spey, The Tweed and The Tay.In recognition of the various trusts a donation was made to the Tay Foundation, Tweed Foundation, Spey Foundation and Dee Trust when these bottles we're originally on the market.

This is from the original release. 

This limited edition was released as a 12 year old.
