Ardbeg Provenance 1974 23 Year Old

The first release of  the legendary  Ardbeg Provenance bottlings, distilled in 1974 and matured for 23 years until being released in late 1997.

Matured in bourbon casks roughly 4,000 of this were released to the EU and Asia.

These whiskies are highly acclaimed and desirable, the bottle and box is in perfect condition, including certificate and tartan insert.

Bottle number 2213.

Ardbeg 21 Year Old (Committee Bottling)

12 casks were hand chosen to be released exclusively for the Ardbeg committee in 2001.

Matured in bourbon casks, only 2,500 bottles were produced and hand signed by Stuart Thomson.

Ardbeg Young Uigeadail (The Oogling)

TThe very desirable Ardbeg Oogling, only available to the Ardbeg Committee, with a very limited 1,392 bottles being released in 2006.

Three ex-bourbon hosghead of Very Young Ardbeg were married with one sherry butt distilled in 2002.

Arran Peacock 'Icons of Arran'

The original Icon of Arran whisky, released in 2009 this quickly became a popular collectors/investors item.

Distilled in 1996, matured in sherry casks and bottled in 2009, only 6,000 were released.

Port Ellen 1983 Douglas Laing  26 Year Old

A sherry cask matured Port Ellen as part of Douglas Laing's Provenance range.

Bottled in the winter of 2010 and matured for 26 years since the Spring of 1983, independant bottlings are quickly becoming the only affordable way to reach Port Ellen's.

Ardbeg 1998 Feis Ile 2011 Including Bag and Poster

Drawn from two Spanish Ex-Pedro Ximenez Sherry Butts this rare Ardbeg was released to mark the Islay Festival, Feis Ile in 2011.

This includes the poster and red bottle bag that was provided on Ardbeg Day at the Feis Ile.

Ardbeg Supernova Stellar Release

Following the incredibly popular committee release of Arbdeg Supernova, this commercial release sold out quickly as well.  

Ardbeg Supernova is the peatiest Ardbeg ever released at 100ppm, an estimate 18,000 bottles were released in January 2009.

Arran 1995 Open Day 2011

Only available at Arran distillery at their Open Day on 29th May 2011.

The cask was selected by a number of attendees to the 2010 Open Day  This was a single bourbon cask #104 distilled on 4th October 1995 and bottled on 18th April 2011, aged 15 years old.

Bottle number 51 of 200.

Arran Devil's Punch Bowl Chapter I

The first edition of Arran's Devil Punch Bowl which consists of 27 casks distilled between 1997 and 2004; 17 of which are sherry casks, 6 ‘unpeated’ bourbon casks and 4 peated bourbon casks.

Known as the Angels and Devils edition, only 6,600 bottles have been released.

Ardbeg Rollercoaster – Committee Reserve

Released June 2010, Ardbeg Rollercoaster was strictly only available at the distillery or via Ardbeg.com.  However Ardbeg did not expect such demand, the website quickly broke and it did not take long for all 15,000 bottles to sell out.

Released to mark the 10^th anniversary of the Ardbeg Committee the Rollercoaster consists of ten vintages from 1997 to 2006

Ardbeg Alligator Untamed Release

A fierce charring to the cask, an 'alligator char' provides the name for this whisky, aggressive heat when applied to the inside of the casks causes the cracking of the wood which re-sembles that of an Alligators skin. 

Following the acclaimed committee release, the un-tamed edition was released in 2011 and quickly sold out.

Port Ellen 1978 6th Release 20cl

The smaller version of the Port Ellen 6th release, distilled in 1978 and bottled in 2006 as a 27 year old.

Please note there is a very slight tear on the label.

Port Charlotte PC11

Port Charlotte is a heavily peated spirit produced by Bruichladdich in rememberance and hope for a long list distillery at Port Charlotte on Islay, which closed in 1929.

This is the seventh release in the series released in 2013.

Arran Montepulciano D'Abruzzo (Villa Gemma) Single Cask

One of the older single casks finishes from Arran, this time in a Montelpulciano D'Abruzzo - Villa Gemma cask.

Bottled on 18th November 2005 yielding 312 bottles.

Arran 1999 'Icons of Arran' The Eagle

Drawn from a combination of 14 bourbon barrels and 7 sherry hogsheads, selected by Arran's Master Distiller James MacTaggart.

Only 6,000 bottles were released worldwide, the fourth in the Icon's of Arran series, chosen because of the pair of Golden Eagles nesting above Lochranza.

Arran Sleeping Warrior

Another beautifully packaged Arran release this time a combination of sherry, bourbon, red wine casks and named after Arran's stunning scenery to the north of the island which resembles a sleeping warrior.

Distilled in 2000 and bottled in 2011 with 6,000 bottles

Arran Pomerol Finish 

Released in 2009 this limited edition Arran was matured for 8 years prior to being finished for 6 months Chateau La Conseillante Pomerol casks, yielding 9,420 bottles.

Arran Premier Cru Sauternes Single Cask

Arran finished in Premier Cru Sauternes, bottled on 12th July 2006 yielding 305 bottles.

Wallace Liqueur

Now discontinued, Wallace Liqueur had an avid following of drinkers.

Made using malt whisky from Deanston distillery.

Arran Millenium Casks

A memorable mix of 10 sherry hogsheads and 35 bourbon barrels, the Arran Millenium casks were distilled and filled into these casks on the 31^st December 1999 and 1^st January 2000. 

A limited release of 7,800 bottles.

There is a slight mark on the rear of the box measuring about 2cm in length above the barcode.

Ardbeg Corryvreckan 

Ardbeg Corryvreckan is named after the famous whirlpool to the north of Islay. 

This is the official release of Corryvreckan following the Committee bottling.

This expression joined the Ardbeg 10 year old and Uigeadail as an ongoing product, replacing the Airgh Nam Beist. This Ardbeg was matured in predominantly French oak casks and ex-bourbon American oak casks.

An Cnoc Peter Arkle 1st Edition

The first of the Peter Arkle series created by An Cnoc and this famous Scottish illustrator, Peter Arkle.  This An Cnoc is exclusively matured in Spanish sherry casks and was limited to only 6,000 bottles, primarily sold by Royal Mile Whiskies.

Arran 1996 Vintage Collection

Distilled in 1996 and bottled in 2005, this 9 Year old Arran was one of 6,000 released.

Argyll and Sutherland Highlandser blended whisky.
