Macallan 1851 Inspiration

Inspired by Macallan from 1851, follows several other 19th century replicas released by Macallan. 

Macallan 1996 18 Year Old

Distilled in 1996 and bottled in 2014.

Macallan 1991 Elegancia 1 Litre

The original Macallan Elegancia, distilled in 1991 and bottled in 2003, matured from a combination of Oloroso and Fino sherry casks - released to the travel retail market.

Mortlach 1979 RJ Fleming 27 Year Old 1.5 Litre

A single cask Mortlach matured in an ex-bourbon hogshead. Distilled in November 1979 and bottled in December 2006. 

One of 123 bottles.

Macallan Ruby 

The crown in Macallan's 1824 which consists of the Gold, Amber, Sienna and Ruby (there a few additions at the higher end of the scale as well).

The Ruby was introduced at the level of Macallan 18 year old and has a typical Macallan richness and depth.  

Tamnavulin 1970 Stillman's Dram

Distilled in June 1970 and bottled in August 1986. 

Bottle number 1000 of 1224. 

Michel Couvreur Very Sherried Over 27 Years Malt Whisky

A single malt distilled in Scotland in May 1984 prior to being matured in Burgundy, France. 

Matrured in a sweet sherry cask. 

Bottle number 481. 

Macallan 1991 Elegancia 1 Litre

The original Macallan Elegancia, distilled in 1991 and bottled in 2003, matured from a combination of Oloroso and Fino sherry casks - released to the travel retail market.

Tomintoul-Glenlivet 18 Year Old

A Tomintoul distilled in 1967, then imported to Ireland where it was bottled in 1985.

Miyagikyo 10 Year Old

A core product from a very underlooked Japanese distillery. 

Grab it now because Nikka are removing their age stated products from the market, this will very soon be hard to find.

Mackinlay's Shackleton Replica (1st Edition) 

A replica of the whisky that Ernest Shackleton took on his South Pole expedition in 1907, a number of bottles were discovered within the ice (beneath Shackleton's hut) during an expedition in 2007.

A single bottle was rescued and carefully analysed and recreated by the legendary tastebuds of Richard Patterson.

Tobermory 200th Anniversary Limited Edition

Tobemory celebrated its bi-centenary in 1998 and this bottle was released to commemorate the event.

A lovely Miltonduff distilled in 1978 and bottled by Cadenhead's in 1998, at 19 years old.

Distilled in 1979 and bottled 24 years later in 2003 this is a single cask bottling for John Milroy.

The world famous Mortlach 16 year old, full bodied, heavily sherried a true cult classic.

Produced by macallan, this 10 year old sherry wood carries the gold seal and brown/yellow borders and the depiction of Easter Elchies House is lower on the box beneath the age statement.
