Mackinlay's Shackleton Replica (1st Edition) 

A replica of the whisky that Ernest Shackleton took on his South Pole expedition in 1907, a number of bottles were discovered within the ice (beneath Shackleton's hut) during an expedition in 2007.

A single bottle was rescued and carefully analysed and recreated by the legendary tastebuds of Richard Patterson.

Miltonduff 1978 Cadenhead's 19 Year Old

A lovely Miltonduff distilled in 1978 and bottled by Cadenhead's in 1998, at 19 years old.

Macallan 1979 John Milroy 24 Year Old

Distilled in 1979 and bottled 24 years later in 2003 this is a single cask bottling for John Milroy. 

Caol Ila 2000 Feis Ile 2011

Released for the annual Feis Ile, in 2011 this Caol Ila was hand selected by Billy Mitchell and was matured in sherry cask 301696.

This particular bottling is a single grain whisky from the Cameron Bridge distillery, the first distillery to produce Grain whisky using the Column still method invented by Robert Stein, Prior to Aeneas Coffey improving the design.

\"An autumn feast at springtime\" is a 1st Fill Bourbon Barrel Clynelish 9 year old bottled by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society.

This was released to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the Queen Street venue in Edinburgh.

Colonel E.H Taylor Single Barrel

Hailing from Buffalo Trace, this brand applies methods and mashbills comperable to those intorduced by Colonel E. H. Taylor. He was a bourbon distiller in the late 1800s. The Single Barrel release bottled from a specially selected barrel  aged in Warehouse C, which Taylor built in 1881.
