Distilled December 1988 and bottled May 1998.

Highland Park 1990 The Dragon 19 Year Old #900003

The Dragon bottlings of Highland Park are legendary!

Distilled and laid down in 1990 at Highland Park Distillery, Kirkwall, in Oloroso sherry cask # 7616 and later transferred to bourbon cask # 900003.

There were three single casks released, all aged for 19 years and originally sold as a complete set of three bottles.

Lagavulin 1980 Distillers Edition

The second release of this acclaimed expression of Lagavulin double matured. 

The 1979 first release has gained almost legendary status and the 1980 is close behind. 

Matured for a second time in ex-Pedro Ximanez casks

Produced at Hakushu distillery, Suntory have released this lightly peated malt matured in first fill bourbon barrels.

Highland Park Earl Magnus 15 Year Old

Named after the rule of Orkney in the 1100’s, Earl Magnus is the first edition of the trilogy consisting of; Earl Magnus, Saint Magnus and Earl Haakon.  A 15 year old, cask strength release within an outstanding wooden box and fashioned glass styled on bottles from 150 years ago, this quickly become a desirable Highland Park.

Only 5,976 of the Earl Magnus were created.

Highland Park Hobbister

The first relesase of Highland Park's Keystone Series, a special collection marking the distillery's five Keystones of production.

Hobbister is a reference to Highland Park's peat moor, and if you have been lucky enough to try this very limited release bottling you'll appreciate why this land is so key this Whisky's impressove taste.

Hibiki 17 Year Old / Kacho Fugetsu Limited Edition

Kacho Fugetsu is the Japanese Kanji for Flowers, Birds, Breeze, and Lunar. This bottle is designed to embody the beauty of Japanese nature.

The Hibiki bottle always has  24 facets representing the 24 seasons of the Japanese lunar calendar. The bottle and box are then decorated by chrysanthemum flowers and Crane birds

A very well presented highly limited blend. 

Highland Park Loki 15 Year Old 

The second in Highland Park's Valhalla series released in 2013 which also comprises of  Thor released in 2012 and Freya which was released earlier this year.

This 15 year old Highland Park is a limited edition of 21,000 bottles.

Highland Park 25 Year Old

A more recent bottling of this famous island malt.

Lochside 1966 Gordon and MacPhail​

Old vintages of Lochside are increasingly rarer and rarer, the distillery was founded in 1957 however single malt examples only date from the early 1960s.  The distillery also produced grain whiskies, allowing the malt and grain from this lost distillery to increase in demand and become highly sought after. This is a fantastic example of Lochside, distilled in the mid 1960s.

Bottled in 1992.

Hazelwood Janet Sheed Roberts 110th Birthday

The forth release to commemorate the 110th birthday of William Grant's Granddaughter; Janet Sheed Roberts.

Only 1600 bottles produced and given to members of staff in William Grant's.

Released annually to coincide with Lagavlin’s sponsorship of the Islay Jazz Festival, this particular release was distilled on 19^th January 1995 and bottled in 2013.

Linkwood 1972 Rare Malt 23 Year Old - B297 / 58.4%

The Rare Malt Selection is a historic selection of single malt whiskies from operational and lost distilleries that were released by Diageo between 1995 and 2005.

Linkwood distilled in 1972 and released as a 23 year old within the Rare Malts Selection, this falls within the B297 versions bottled at 75cl, and becomes a  particularly rare Linkwood.

An Irish single malt distilled in 1988 and matured in single cask number 10516. 

Serge Valintin states that this whicky is probably Cooley and is \"Absoloutely terrific\".
