Buffalo Trace 1980 O.F.C.

Three unique bourbons dating back to 1980, 1982 and 1983 were released by Buffalo Trace Distillery late last year and offered exclusively to non-profit organisations in order for them to raise money for their causes.

We are delighted to have been given the opportunity to auction a bottle of the 1980 vintage, one of only 100.

Presented within a beautifully decorative crystal bottle with copper lettering and finely crafted dark wood display case with revolving door, this stunning whiskey has been named in honour of the distillery’s original name, Old Fashioned Copper or O.F.C.

We hope to see this fly in our January Auction and make a healthy sum for a very worthy cause.

Dalmore 30 Year Old 2015 Release

The most recent release of Dalmore, released last year in 2015.  

This 30 year old whisky was created from whiskies matured in Matusalem Oloroso and Amoroso Oloroso sherry butts from Gonzalez Byass.

Bottle number 555 of 888.

Dalmore 1974 Single Cask 32 Year Old (Signed)

Distilled in 1974 and matured from a single Mathusalem Sherry Butt for 32 years.

Awarded 89 points on Whisky Fun this vintage Dalmore was bottled in 2006.

Signed on the bottle and box by Richard Patterson, Master Distiller of Dalmore.

Domaine De Baraillon Bas Armagnac 1924

Bas Armagnac, has over the years produced some of the regions finest brandy.

Located on the western side of the region, it's distinctve soil contributes to the overall taste and smell of the brandy.

Dalmore 1980 Stillman's Dram​

A well aged Dalmore released within their Stillman's Dram series, a range of older single malts released during the 1990s.

Bottled 18th August 2004 and released in the Italian market.

A very rare official bottling of Dallas Dhu by the now 'guardians' of the distillery Historic Scotland.

Bottled from the last cask to be filled from the distillery in 1983.

Oban 16 Year Old Manager's Dram Bicentenary 1994

The Manager’s Dram series of whiskies were bottled exclusively for employees of what is now known as Diageo.  These whiskies were selected by the respective distillery managers within Diageo malt distilling and bottled at natural cask strength.

Bottled to celebrate Oban’s 200^th anniversary, 1794 – 1994  this 16 year old was released exclusively from sherry casks by distillery manager John William and his employees listed on the rear of the bottle.

Eagle Rare 17 Year Old / Spring 2016

Eagle Rare 17 year old is one of the five bourbons included in the award-winning Buffalo Trace Antique Collection.

This rare bourbon is normally released in small quantities once a year in the autumn (fall). This one is from Spring 2016.

Oishii Wisukii 36 Year Old Highlander Inn Small Batch Blend

A very high quality 36 year old blended whisky which has been matured in a single Sherry cask.

Bottled exlusively for the whisky lover's paradise, The Highlander Inn in Craigellachie, and named Oishii Wisukii, which translates to \"Delicious Whisky\", this bottle has labels designed by Japanese artist and designer Takeshi Abe whose previous work has included label design for the Ichiro's Malt card series.

Dalmore River Series 2011 Release / Dee, Spey, Tay and Tweed Drams 4 x 70cl

The Rivers Collection was released in 2011 following the success of the original Dee Dram released in 2010 - a 12 year old limited edition released to raise funds for the river Dee Salmon Trust.

The Tay Dram

The mighty river Tay, is the largest of Scotland's great Salmon rivers, the 'Silvery Tay' is steeped in fishing legends.

In recognition of the various trusts a donation was made to the Tay Foundation, Tweed Foundation, Spey Foundation and Dee Trust when these bottles were originally on the market.

This Dallas Dhu was distilled in 1970 and bottled in one of the earlier Rare Malt releases (1994/1995).

The new 2015 release of Dalmore 21 year old matured in American oak for ten years prior to being moved to Gonzalez Byass Matusalem Oloroso Sherry butts which held sherry 30 years old.

A 21 Year Old limited edition Oban, bottled as part of Diageo's 2013 Special Releases. Matured using rejuvenated American oak and second-fill Bodega casks, only 2,860 bottles were released.

Matured in a bourbon cask before being finished in a Matusalem Olosoro sherry cask.

Dalmore Millennium Release 1263 Custodian 2012 / 1st Release

The first cask to be bottled for Dalmore's Custodians, a concept introduced by the distillery for it's followers in 2012.

A trio of casks were filled at midnight on January 1st 2000 and gradually released on their 12th, 15th, and 18th birthday's.

This is the first 'Millennium Release', bottled in 2012 as a 12 year old. Initiallly matured in an American oak ex-bourbon cask, before being finished in a Matusalem oloroso sherry cask.

Dalmore 21 Year Old US Import 75cl

A discontinued bottling of Dalmore 21 year old released in for the US market, matured exclusively in sherry wood.

Interestingly this was bought at Dalmore distillery in 2007, rather than in the US.

Dailuaine 1973 Rare Malt 22 Year Old 75cl / US Import 60.92%
