Dry Sack Williams & Humbert Sherry

Produced by Williams & Humbert in Jerez, Spain, Dry Sack has been available for more than one hundred years. After the aging of sherry wine, the barrels are again used to age the best malts.

The history of Bodegas Williams & Humbert goes back nearly 130 years. They participated in the creation of the Jerez-Xérès-Brandy Quality Demarcation and are now considered to be one of the world’s most prestigious wine producers.   The winery was founded in 1877 by Sir Alexander Williams, a great admirer and connoisseur of sherry products, and Arthur Humbert, a specialist in international relations.Since then they have preserved part of the original wines and brandies (soleras) in high quality oak casks. These soleras are the base of the development and ageing of every sherry and brandy produced at Bodegas Williams & Humbert.

The perfect aperitif, Dry Sack  aged in oak casks. 

Macallan 'M'

The final premium release within Macallan's 1824 series of whiskies.  

In true Macallan fashion the M Decanter is incredibly elegant and impressive to look at, without even considering the contents.  The crystal decanter is designed by Fabien Baron a well known French Director and Art Director and created by Lalique.  It is one of the more difficult decanters to produce as it requires a 15 stage finishing process.

The Macallan M is limited to only 1,750 bottles each year and carries Macallan's reputation of exceptional quality whisky proudly.

Macallan 12 Year Old British Aerospace ATP Advanced Turbo

A very special bottling of Macallan 12 year old exclusively commissioned for bottled for British Aerospace during the 1980s.

The picture on the label depicts a ATP Advanced Turbo Prop.

Dalmore Millennium Release 1263 Custodian 2012 / 1st Release

The first cask to be bottled for Dalmore's custodians, a concept introduced by the distillery for it's followers in 2012.

A trio of casks were filled at midnight on January 1st 2000 and gradually released on their 12th, 15th, and 18th birthday's.

This is the first 'Millennium Release', bottled in 2012 as a 12 year old. Initiallly matured in an American oak ex-bourbon cask, before being finished in a Matusalem oloroso sherry cask.

Bottled in 2013 under Gordon and Macphail's 'Speymalt brand.

Dalmore Ceti 30 Year Old

This 30 year old Dalmore is named after a star Kappa Ceti within the Cetus constellation, Kappa Ceti is approximately 30 light years from Earth, hence this 30 year old was chosen to be titled Ceti.

This rare Dalmore has spent 23 years maturing in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels prior to a further 7 years within 30 year old Matusalem oloroso sherry butts sourced from Gonzalez Byass. 

Only 1,000 bottles were produced.

Macallan Reflexion

Matured in smaller Hogshead casks to ensure that it gets maximum flavour from both Spanish and American First fill seasoned Sherry casks.

Macallan 1991 SMWS 23 Year Old 24.127

A single cask Macallan from the Scotch Malt Whisky Society, unusually its been matured in a bourbon cask.

Macallan 1981 Gran Reserva 18 Year Old

The Gran Reserva Macallan’s were release between 1997 and 2002. Distilled in 1981 and bottled in 1999, this 18 year old Macallan is widely regarded as one of the most memorable and legendary ever bottled.
