Flora and Fauna Complete Collection - 26 Bottles

The Flora and Fauna series of whiskies was originally created in the early 1990s by United Distillers Vintners (what would later become Diageo).  Originally this range had no name and it was not until the famous whisky writer Michael Jackson nicknamed it the 'Flora and Fauna' series due to the labels, did it stick.  The Flora and Fauna series, as offered in this lot, contains a total of 26 distillery expressions. Not all of these were released at the same time and many have now been discontinued, the last of which was to be the Mortlach 16 year old, perhaps the most loved of all of these whiskies.

Springbank 32 Year Old

An older expression from this Campbeltown classic. This was distilled in 1971 then matured for 32 years in refill sherry casks and then bottled in 2004.

One of only 2400 bottles.

Springbank 25 Year Old

An older edition of this Campbeltown classic.

Bottle number 93 of 333.

Johnnie Walker Odyssey (Includes Two Glasses)

The very high end of Johnnie Walker created using the notes of Alexander Walker.

Composed of three carefully selected single malts that have been married in European oak casks. The clever design of the crystal decanter moves along with the motion of the ocean and its 'swing' style box will ensure it cannot fall over.

Includes two very stylish specially designed glasses.

Jameson Limited Edition 15 Year Old

All Triple distilled pot still whiskey with no grain added, this was created as a special edition for the millennium.

Springbank 25 Year Old

The 2014 release of Springbank 25 year old, matured in a combination of Sherry and Bourbon casks then married in a port cask for the last few months.

Johnnie Walker Odyssey

This very rare expression of Johnnie Walker was produced solely for the Japanese market, it has since been discontinued.

Scapa 25 Year Old 1980

Old Scapa is very hard to come by, the distillery has had a very turbulent history with many periods of closure, most recently between 1994 and 2004.  

This is the oldest official release from Scapa, distilled in 1980 and bottled in 2005 from refill bourbon hogshead.

Only 2,000 bottles were released, this is bottle number 0636.

Johnnie Walker Red Label Limited Edition No.1

The limeted edition number 1 for the German market, rare and a must for a Johnnie Walker collection.

When the Jameson Master Distiller met the Master Brewer from Franciscan Wells for a drink, a plan was hatched to send a few Jameson casks to their brewery down the road for them to age their craft Irish stout. The time came for the casks to return home and our Master Distiller saw an opportunity which piqued his curiosity. He re-filled the stout-seasoned barrels with Jameson Whiskey, and Jameson Caskmates emerged; a whiskey that retains all the triple distilled smoothness of Jameson Original, with a truly unique finish. The subtle suggestion of hops, cocoa and coffee are signposts that it has bumped shoulders with stout; however, Caskmates is undeniably a member of the Jameson family.
