Remy Martin Louis XIII Cognac Tres Vieille 1960s

Remy Martin is perhaps the most well known of all Cognac producers and has established a reputation for quality that very few others can relate to.

This is a spectacular 1960s example of the Louis XIII Tres Vieille Cognac Baccarat decanter which holds Grande Champagne cognac aged between 40 and 100 years.

Please note that this item is very old and hence very fragile. Lot is sold as photographed. There are no visible measurements on this bottle.

Uniting Nations 40 Year Old The Essence of Karuizawa

Blended by Ichiro Akuto, this is a combination of a 40 year old Scottish malt and 45 year old Karuizawa. 

One of only 677 bottles. 

Rouyer Guillet 1875 Grande Fine Champagne Cognac

An 1875 vintage Cognac from Rouyer Guillet, who were established in 1701.

We estimate this bottle to be from the 60s/70s, making some of this liquid nealy 100 years old! Even if it has been blended over the years.

Rosebank 20 Year Old Zenith

Rosebank is a sorely missed lowland malt, now increasingly difficult to find.

This release was by Zenith of the Italian Market.

Dalmore 1973 Gonzalez Byass Finish 30 Year Old

Distilled on the 22nd March 1973 and matured in American oak before being finished in Matusalem Oloroso sherry casks from Gonzalez Byass, Jere. de la Frontera, bottled as a 30 year old.

From the rear of the box of this whisky, 'it is in essence a 'collectors item as it is a unique collaboration between two premium brands to bring you the ultimate single malt experience'

Dalmore 25 Year Old

Released in very limited quantities in 2013 the Dalmore 25 year old is matured initially in American white oak before a second maturation in a combination of Palomino Fino sherry butts and first fill bourbon cask.

That's not all, these are then married together in bourbon barrels before a final finishing period in Tawny Port pipes.

Dalmore 29 Year Old Stillman's Dram

An early 1990s bottling of Dalmore aged for an impressive 29 years.

Bottled within Whyte and Mackay's long gone Stillman's series of whiskies.

Dailuaine 1980 Flora and Fauna Cask Strength

Diageo released nine Flora and Fauna bottlings at full strength, including this Dailuaine distilled in 1980.

Dalmore 1974 SMWS 19 Year Old 13.11 French Import

You don't see very many single cask Dalmore bottlings. This April 1984 vintage was bottled in January 1994 as a 19 Year Old.

We believe the L before the 13.11 designates that this particular bottling was for the French market.

Dumbarton 1961 Signatory Vintage 29 Year Old

Distilled in January 1961 and bottled in February 1990.

This particular bottling is a single grain whisky from the now closed Dumbarton distillery.

Dallas Dhu 1978 Signatory Vintage 18 Year Old & Miniature

Bottled by Signatory Vintage, this Dallas Dhu was Distilled on 21st of December 1978 and bottled from cask #2629 in October 1997.

Bottle number 150 of 240.

The Silent Stills packs contain a 70cl bottle, 5cl miniature and replica bung.

Dallas Dhu 1983 Last Cask Filled

A very rare official bottling of Dallas Dhu by the now 'guardians' of the distillery Historic Scotland.

Bottled from the last cask to be filled from the distillery in 1983.

Dallas Dhu Centenary

One of the very few official bottlings of Dallas Dhu by Historic Scotland, they can be called official right?  Dallas Dhu is owned by Diageo but since the distilleries closure Historic Scotland have transformed the distillery into a museum.

This bottle was released to commemorate the centenary of Dallas Dhu distillery from 1899 to 1999.

Presented in wooden frame, this is bottle number 376 from cask #262 including certificate.

Rosebank 21 Year Old The Whisky Exchange

Rosebank is a sorely missed lowland malt but occasionally independent bottles are released. 

This was bottled by The Whisky Exchange. 

Dalmore Millennium Release 1263 Custodian 2015 / 2nd Release

The first cask to be bottled for Dalmore's custodians, a concept introduced by the distillery for it's followers in 2012.

A trio of casks were filled at midnight on January 1st 2000 and gradually released on their 12th, 15th, and 18th birthday's.

This is the second 'Millennium Release', bottled in 2015 as a 15 year old. Initiallly matured in an American oak ex-bourbon cask, before being finished in a Matusalem oloroso sherry cask.

Usquaebach 225th Commemorative Decanter / The Grand Whiskies of the Highlands

This very eye catching flagon was released exclusive for 'Twelve Stone Flagons Ltd' by Douglas Laing.

Celebrating 225th anniversary of Usquaebach.

Limited to 225 cases of 6, this is an 18 Karat gold decorated flagon.

The blend consists of a marriage of 25 single malt whiskies.

Royal Brackla was only released once within the Rare Malt series, distilled in 1978 and bottled in May 1998, as a 20 year old.

Released at a natural cask strength of 61.9%, distilled in 1975 and bottled in April 1997.

Produced by Arran distillery, this 30 year old blend is not seen very often at all.
