Bowmore 1964 Black Bowmore 42 Year Old 

Arguably the most famous of all Bowmore's, one of the most collectible and most memorable whiskies on the market.  The Black Bowmore is an icon of whisky collecting, whisky drinking and whisky investing!

This is the first of the more recent releases from this famous Bowmore vintage, officially released in 2007 at 42 years of age in an impressive wooden presentation case.

The Black Bowmore was followed by the slightly older, Gold and White Bowmore's.

Bowmore 1964 Bourbon Cask 38 Year Old

Distilled on the 11th of November 1964, this hails from the era of epic Bowmores. 

Matured in a Bourbon cask for 38 years this bottle has been presented in a lockable wooden box.

Balvenie 1968 Vintage Cask

The vintage cask range of whiskies from Balvenie are a fantastic insight into single casks released from this popular Speysider.

Distilled in 21st May 1966 and bottled on 26th August 1998  this is a specially selected single cask Balvenie, from cask #6434.

Brora 30 Year Old 2002 / 1st Release

This is a bottle of the original 30 year old Brora released within Diageo's Super Premium malts, back in 2002.  

Bottle number 1,195 of 3,000.

Yoichi 1989 Single Cask 20 Year Old

20 year old single cask from Nikka's Yoichi distillery. Distilled in 1989.

Yamazaki Sherry Cask 2016 75cl / US Import

Matured in Oloroso sherry casks, aged between 12 and 15 years old and even 25 years old, blended together with older single malt stock by chief blender Shinji Fukuyo.

This bottling is the follow up to the famous 2013 release which won 'Best Whisky in the World' according to Jim Murray and his Whisky Bible.

5000 bottles were produced which is less than third of the quantity of the previous release of Yamazaki Sherry Cask, of which there were approximately 16,000 bottles.

Yamazaki Sherry Cask 2009 / First Release

The original release of Yamazaki sherry cask, released back in 2009.

Matured in Oloroso sherry casks for between 12 and 15 years , the 2013 bottling recently won 'Best Whisky in the World' according to Jim Murray and his Whisky Bible.

Distilled 1991 and bottled in 2010 after being matured in hoghead #DS70260 in Ohmi Aging Cellar.

A very rare SMWS bottling of Yoichi distilled in July 1986 and bottled in March 2006.

Bunnahabhain 1965 Single Cask 35 Year Old

Distilled in November 1965 and then matured in a sherry cask this was then bottled in April 2001 for that year's Feis Ile. 

Widely considered as one of the finest Bunnahabhains ever.

Yoichi 1991 Single Cask #129651

Distilled in February 1991 and bottled in August 2011, this single cask Yoichi was bottled at cask strength.

Brora 35 Year Old 2013 Release 

Last years release of Brora,within Diageo's Super Premium selection, was a 35 year old limited to 2,944 bottles.

This is bottle number 1365.

Brora 35 Year Old 2012 Release

Another fantastic release from Diageo as part of their ongoing annual super premium releases.

Released in 2012 this was the oldest official bottled Brora at the time, only more recently beaten by the single cask 40 year old currently available at Travel Retail for no less than £6,995 which makes these bottlings seem a bargain!

Matured in ex-bourbon casks filled in 1976 and 1977, this 35 year old Brora is bottle number 1153 of 1,566

Brora 32 Year Old 2011 Release

The 2011 release of Brora by Diageo, was the first official bottling of Brora over the age of 30.

This is bottle number 1,461 of 1,500.

Yoichi 1988 SMWS 13 Year Old 116.4

Distilled in November 1988 and bottled in July 2002.

This is a 25 Year Old Single Cask from Nikka's Yoichi distillery. Cask #116.4

Bruichladdich 1970  35 Year Old 125th Anniversary

This 35 year old Bruichladdich was bottled to celebrate the 125th Anniversary of the distillery.

Presented in a lovely wooden box including a certificate of authenticity.

Bruichladdich 1967 Signatory Vintage Millennium Edition 32 Year Old

Distilled in January 1967 and bottled November 1999. 

Matured in single sherry cask number 160, then selected and bottled for the Millennium. 

This is bottle number 2 of 215. 

Balvenie 2005 DCS Compendium Chapter 1

This bottle forms part of the initial release of Balvenie's five-part DCS Compendium, which is a tribute to reknowned malt master David Stewart. It consists of a 2005 vintage, cask strength, 9 year old Balvenie matured in refill American Oak Hogshead.

This single cask was distilled in 1999 and matured in a Puncheon #DR70083 until bottling in 2015.

Bunnahabhain 1963

A 1963 vintage Islay malt from Bunnahabhain bottled in 1997. 

Balvenie Tun 1401 Batch #9 (US Exclusive) 75cl

From the distillery website, this was inspired by and produced in one of the oldest warehouses at our distillery, Batch 9 is a skillful marriage of some of the rarest treasures from Warehouse 24. It represents an unrepeatable selection of spirits sourced from eleven traditional whisky casks and three sherry butts, whose ages span a number of decades, and which have all been hand-selected by David Stewart. The whisky rested for several months in Tun 1401 – one of the distillery’s unique marrying vessels – to create a single malt that is greater than the sum of its already precious parts.

This expression was exclusively available in the U.S. market, and follows the hugely successful Batch 3 and Batch 6.

Brora 1982 Chieftain's 19 Year Old

A very rare bottling of this lost highland distillery by Ian Macelod, within their Cheiftain's range of whiskies.

Distilled  in June 1982 and bottled in December 2001 at 19 years of age.

Casks #1189 and 1192 yielded 1332 bottles in total.

Balvenie 30 Year Old

A well respected 30 year old from Balvenie, which won a Gold Medal at the 2010 International Spirits Challenge.

Yamazaki has been thrust into the spot light after their Sherry Cask release of 2013 received the title of Best Whisky in the World title from Jim Murray.  

They release several other limited annual releases including the Bourbon Barrel.  This is also a 2013 bottling from Yamazaki and offers an excellent contrast to the now highly sought after Sherry Cask.
