Glenfarclas 1984 Family Cask 1st Release

Bottled as part of the first release of Glenfarclas Family Cask, perhaps the most extensive collection of vintage whiskies from a single distillery.

This 1984 vintage was bottled on the 28th February 2007 from cask  #6028 yielding 267 bottles.

Glenury Royal 1971 Rare Malts 23 Year Old

The Rare Malt Selection is a historic selection of single malt whiskies from operational and lost distilleries that were released by Diageo between 1995 and 2005.

One of the few official bottlings of Glenury Royal released at 23 years old within the famous Rare Malts Selection.  

Distilled in 1971.

This 1985 bottled was bottled on the 28th February 2007 from sherry butt #2826 yielding 329 bottles.

Glenfarclas 1987 Family Cask 1st Release

Bottled as part of the first release of Glenfarclas Family Cask, perhaps the most extensive collection of vintage whiskies from a single distillery.

This 1987 bottele was bottled on the 30th November 2006 from sherry butt #1010 yielding 262 bottles.

Glenfiddich 30 Year Old

Glenfiddich 30 year old presented in a stunning box, this multi award winning whisky was matured in Spanish Oloroso and American Bourbon casks.

Cask selection 00024.

Bottle number 9431.

Glengoyne 1987 Single Cask 24 Year Old

Distilled on the 14th May 1987 and bottled in September 2011 as a 24 Year Old from Sherry Butt 354. 

Bottle No.25 of a total of 515 produced.

Glengoyne 1972 Spirit Safe

Distilled in 1972 and the bottled in 2007, this highly limited Glengoyne is presented in a spirit safe style locked box. 

During distillation all spirit comes through the spirit safe, ths is padlocked to stop the distiller having access to the spirit. Originall only the Exciseman waould have the key to ensure no one avoided paying tax on spirit.  

Tomatin 1970 Single Cask # 12267 / Bottle No. 2

Distilled in 1970 then matured in single cask number 12267 until August 2007 when it was bottled.

Political views aside, you can't argue that the man has great taste in Whisky.

This very rare single cask Glendronach was bottled to commemorate the launch of Trump International Golf Links, Scotland

Only 504 bottles were released, each bottle is numbered within the certificate/card inside the box.

Taketsuru 21 Year Old 2 x 70cl

Released by Nikka, this range of blended malts is named after Nikka's founder and a key member of the birth of Japanese whisky, Masataka Taketsuru.

Taketsuru 21 year old is highly acclaimed and has received many awards.

Glenfiddich 30 Year Old 

The classic old style bottling of Glenfiddich 30 year old before they placed it into a wooden box.

Glen Flagler 8 Year Old Pure Malt

Glen Flagler was a very short lived distillery built within the Moffat complex owned by Inverhouse Distillers, production only existed between 1965 and 1985.

This old Inver House Distillers bottling is 8 years old, it's not 100% clear if its a combination of malts from the Moffat complex or a Single Malt from Glen Flagler. 

Thomas H Handy Sazerac 2015 Release

Part of Buffalo Trace's annual antique collection. Bottled at hot 63.45% alcohol, they do get higher abvs than this but it's still impressive!

Teeling 23 Year Old Vintage Reserve / Silver Bottling

A recent release from Teeling, this 2015 distillery bottling was matured for 23 years.

Single cask #6879 yielded 340 bottles, this is bottle 252.

Glenmorangie 1977 21 Year Old

A rare vintage Glenmorangie, distilled in 1977 and bottled in 2000.

This is from the dates this should be a 23 year old, although the box clearly states its a 21 year old. The official explination as is follows  vatted from casks (distillation between April and June 1977) in 1998. Between this time and the bottling in 2003, there were several bottlings. A proportion of the whisky in the other bottlings had been stored in vat and a proportion returned to oak casks between 1998 and 2003. As vats are not made of oak, the time in vat cannot be added onto the maturation age of the whisky i.e. a proportion of the whisky can still only be called 21 years. Hence the whisky must still be called 21 years old, despite some of the whisky in its composition maturing for longer in oak casks (up to 23 years old).

Glenfiddich 1991 Hand Filled First Fill Bourbon 24 Year Old

This Glenfiddich was distilled in 1991 and bottled in 2015 after maturation in a single first fill bourbon cask number #15282-52. 

This was hand botttled at the distillery and has been signed.

Glenfiddich Snow Phoenix

A limited edition release selected from three warehouses which collapsed on the 7th January 2010, due to adverse weather conditions (a rather heavy snow storm).

Bottled without an age statement, Glenfiddich Snow Phoenix has been highly acclaimed and includes Oloroso and American oak casks from warehouses ranging from 13 to 30 years old.
