A very exclusive item containing Glenfarclas 1963 Family Cask presented in a rifle and shotgun cleaning kit created by William & Son, London.

William & Son are crafters of shotguns and rifles and this kit has been created to their exceptional standards. 

The Glenfarclas Family Cask was distillled in 1963 and bottled in October 2011, matured in in Sherry Hogshead number 179. 

Only 20 of these stunning cabinets were produced.

Brora 1972 Rare Malt 22 Year Old

The Rare Malt Selection is an historic selection of single malt whiskies from operational and lost distilleries that were released by Diageo between 1995 and 2005.

It is often said that 1972 Broras are exceptional, there are five Rare Malt Brora 1972s and this is an example of one of them. The 1972 continued to be an important vintage when Diageo released the recent 40 year old with the same vintage. 

Since its closure in 1983 the popularity of Brora has soared, this is an oppertunity to own an key part of both it's history and popularity.

Ben Wyvis 1965 Final Bottling 37 Year Old

The final bottling from one of the last five casks of Ben Wyvis. Distilled on the 17th of June 1965 before the distillery ceased production in 1976 this whisky was matured for 37 years. 

Bottle number 66 of 200 from cask number 300066.

Glen Flagler 1973 30 Year Old

A very rare bottling of this long lost distillery that was once part of the Moffat distilling complex.  

This 30 year old official release from Inverhouses is a combination of the five  last remaining casks of Glen Flagler that belonged to Inverhouse.

A release of only 931 bottles this is bottle number 470.

Includes a lovely wooden box and certificate of authenticity.

This is one of the final bottlings Invergordon distillers released and this particlular botlting was for the Japanese market. Distilled in 1972 prior to the distillery ceasing production in 1976.

Selected by the retiring malt master John Ramsay after 43 years of service, this bottling came from a vatting of twenty, second fill American oak sherry casks racked into sherry butts. The two best casks were then vatted together.

As with the previous releases of Balvenie Tun 1401, these whiskies are hand-selected by Malt Master David Stewart. Seven traditional whisky casks and three sherry butts are combined and rested for several months in Tun 1401 – The Balvenie’s traditional oak marrying vessel.

The expression has been exclusively created for the travel retail market and consists of the casks shown below.

Balvenie Tun 1858 Batch #2

A marriage of 9 American Oak casks and 3 European Oak Sherry casks created the second limited edition Balvenie Tun 1858, for the Taiwanese market. A limited release of only 2,600 bottles this has rarely been seen at auction.

As with the Balvenie Tun 1401, these whiskies are hand-selected by Malt Master David Stewart. Nine traditional whisky casks and two sherry butts are combined and rested for several months in Tun 1858.  The vintages range from 1966 and 1975.

The expression consists of the casks shown below.

\"Probably Speyside's Finest\" is \"probably\" code for Glenfarclas. 

This was distilled in June 1966 and bottled in August 2008 after 42 years in a sherry butt. There is no \"probably\" about this being awesome.

Bruichladdich ​Octomores Futures 'The Beast'

Distilled on 9th November 2004 and bottled in April 2011 the futures releases were only ever available at Bruichladdich distillery.

Peated to a massive 167 ppm, malted using Optic barley and matured in a bourbon cask.  

No wonder it's named 'The Beast'

This was one of three releases from 2005, this came out after September and was comprised of barrels over 15 years.

Glengoyne 1967 The Middle Cut

Distilled in 1967 and the bottled in 1997 this highly limited Glengoyne is presented in a spirit safe style locked box. 

During distillation all spirit comes through the spirit safe, this is cut into three, the head, the heart and the tail. The head and the tail are essentially unusable \"the middle cut\" is what goes on to become whisky.

After the auction closing date, the highest bidder will be notified by email. Payment is required within 72hrs. The buyer can then choose to ship, store, or collect the bottle(s). Buyer fees are applied during the online checkout process.  

The seller will receive payment within 21 working days of the end of the auction, directly to their chosen bank account. Seller fees will be applied to the seller’s invoice after the auction.
