Johnnie Walker 1805 Celebration Blend

A near mythical bottle of Johnnie Walker,  Jim Beveridge was asked to create one of the rarest and exclusive whiskies to mark the 200th anniversary of John Walker's birthday.

This exceedingly rare Johnnie Walker was never intended for public sale as all of the bottles were gifted to people who (in the companies opinion) ‘made a significant contribution to modern life’, the company has never divulged this list.

This very limited whisky was produced from only 9 casks all aged between 45 and 70 years old and limited to only 200 bottles.  

The presentation of this bottle is exceptional, the bottle is nestled inside a lockable victorian style writing case alongside a replica antique nib pen and a recreation of John Walker's son Alexander Walker II's handwritten book of blending recipes.  The writing etched onto the bottle reads from the oldest remaining document in their archives: \"The inventory of the estate and effects of John Walker, November 1819\"

Talisker 1981 20 Year Old

Bottled in 2002 as part of Diageo's Super Premium release.  This Talisker, distilled in 1981 has quickly become very desirable - no thanks to Jim Murray who scored this 95 points and making the comment 'Miss this and your life will be incomplete'. 

Matured in a sherry cask and released as a 20 year old this is bottle number 240 of 9,000.

Jameson Limited Edition 15 Year Old

All Triple distilled pot still whiskey with no grain added, this was created as a special edition for the millennium.

Talisker 1977 35 Year Old

A 35 year old Talisker distilled in 1977 and released in 2012.

Matured in a combination of refill American and European oak casks.

Bottle number 2548 of 3090.

Johnnie Walker Green Label Taiwan Wonders Jade Mountain Edition

Johnnie Walker Green Label has been discontinued in most markets, this recent limited edition bottling is known as the Taiwan Wonders Collection.

The collection features etched images presented on the rear of each bottle. This is the complete set and comes along with a purpose built branded display unit.

Jade Mountain, Sun Moon Lake, Taroko Gorge and Ali Mountain are the wonders depicted.

A very limited bottling of Johnnie Walker Swing from Diageo, produced to thank all of the staff at the famous Hill Street Plant in Kilmarnock, when it finally closed in 2011.

Presented alongside a history of the Hill Street plant and a DVD.

Released in 2012, this is a 30 year old Talisker limited to just 3186 bottles.

This is bottle number 2923.

Tobermory 1972 Oloroso Sherry Finish 32 Year Old

If you love heavily sherried whiskies this is certainly up your street, it's big, bold and rich!

Distilled at Tobermory, the only distillery on the Isle of Mull in 1972 and bottled on 18th May 2005.  The whisky was finished in Oloroso sherry casks.

Named after the Maxwell House Hotel (Birthplace of the famous coffee), this Nashville hotel bar was also famous for being home to this bottling of Jack Daniel's.

Johnnie Walker Quest was originally positioned above the Blue Label in the Johnnie Walker range.

Further information from the label states that this is 'cask conditioned whisky'.

Johnnie Walker 400 Years at Kilmarnock

A particularly rare bottle of Johnnie Walker bottled to commemorate the 400th Anniversary of the Burgh status to Kilmarnock in 1992, which coincidentally is how many of these bottles that were made.

Jack Daniel's Bicentennial 

An incredibly rare Jack Daniel's bottled in 1996 to mark the 200th Anniversary of the state of Tennessee 1796 - 1996.

The bottle is a replica of a bottled designed by Mr Jack Daniel's himself 100 years earlier for the 100th Anniversary celebration.

Johnnie Walker 21 Year Old

This very rare expression of Johnnie Walker was produced solely for the Japanese market, it has since been discontinued.

This bottle is presented in the gold box, in perfect condition!

Distilled in November 1965 and bottled in May 2003 at cask strength.

Isle of Jura 21 Year Old 200th Anniversary

A 21 year old Jura bottled to commemorate the 200th anniversary of distilling on the Isle of Jura.

This 21 year old whisky was finished in a cask which previously held Gonzalez Byass Oloroso sherry, from 1963.

Talisker 1986 Distillers Edition First Edition

The earliest issue of this double matured series from the Isle of Skye, finished in Jerez Amoroso Cask-Wood. Distilled 1986 and bottled at 45.8% and 1Litre, high neck level, in original box which shows some sign of wear, other wise in excellent condition.

The Macphunn 18 Year Old 

Charlie Maclean selected an 'unknown speyside malt' (probably Glenfarclas)  at 18 years old, bottled at cask strength of 56.9% and yielding only 300 bottles - to revive this unusual brand.

The story goes that during the 17th century, the clan chieftain MacPhunn was charged with sheep stealing and was duly hanged in Inveraray. His corpse was immediately collected by his young wife, but while being rowed home across the loch for burial, Lady MacPhunn saw her husband's body twitch. She poured a measure of illicitly-distilled whisky into a cup and expressed some breast milk into before raising the cup to her husband's lips. “Uisge beatha,” he is said to have whispered, as the innovative cocktail revived him
