The Whiskyman was a Belgian whisky company founded in 2011 by Dominiek Bouckaert, a whisky connoisseur, writer and co-founder of the Fulldram whisky club and Lindores Whisky Festival. The company was originally established after Bouckaert was asked to take on the distribution and bottling interests of the retiring Luc Timmermans.
In addition to promoting the Malts of Scotland brand from Germany and Timmermans' Thosop label, The Whiskyman quickly launched its own range of independent bottlings which it released between 2011 and 2015.
