Single & Single Whisky

Single & Single Whisky is the trading name of the South African independent bottling company, Walking Back the Cat Ltd. The venture traces its origins back to 2007 when an advertising executive named Yossi Schwartz created the Single & Single brand, bottling three casks in two years with the help of Philip Kirk from Milroy's of Soho. Schwartz eventually left his job in 2017 to revive the project and focus on it full-time.

Following a rebranding in 2018, the company's outturn is comprised of various independent single cask Scotch whiskies with a focus on sherry maturation, and a blended Scotch called Cambridge Circus.
