Founded all the way back in 1893, the Craigellachie Hotel in the Speyside region of Scotland is legendary for its whisky bar, known as The Quaich. The hotel is also home to the Copper Dog Pub, named after the blended malt brand that it launched in 2016 and subsequently sold to Diageo.
In addition to launching its own brand, the hotel has also previously collaborated with Compass Box to produce the sought-after Single & Single blends, and often has special bottlings produced exclusively for its bar.
