Club delle Fattorie

An Italian mail order business and shop that was located in the town of Pienza. It was founded by Alberto del Buono in 1971 and was well-known throughout Europe for its offering of regional Italian farm and artisanal produce, such as cheese, wine, honey and cured meats.

Like much of Italy, del Buono also had a passion for Scotch whisky however, and it occasionally also offered bottlings to its customers. The shop had a particularly strong relationship with Gordon & MacPhail, and notably selected a number of exclusive bottlings from the Connoisseurs Choice series in the early 1980s.
