Bonfantimport
Perhaps one of the more unwieldy portmanteau in the world of business names, Bonfantimport was a wine and spirits importer established by G.P. Bonfanti in Milan, Italy. The company had contracts with notable names such as Glenlivet and the Barbancourt rum distillery in Haiti, but is best-known for its association with Laphroaig. It imported the classic 10-year-old and the Islay Mist blend from the 1970s to the early 1980s, many of which are now cult collector's items.
Bonfanti eventually replaced the company with a new one called Zenith Italia in the 1980s.
