Ardent Spirit Holdings

Ardent Spirit Holdings Ltd is a holding company established in 2019 by Michael Bain and its subsidiaries include the Burn O'Bennie distillery and the now dissolved Ardent Spirit Ltd independent bottling arm. Burn o'Bennie was opened in 2020 as the purpose-built successor to the Deeside distillery.

The company is primarily interested in distilling Scotch whisky, however it also markets rum and has bottled independent single cask whiskies under both the Ardent Spirits and Burn O'Bennie brand names.
