Aqua Vitae

Aqua Vitae is a a Taiwanese company established in Kaohsiung in 2005 by Allen Chen. It operates a restaurant and bar called Aqua Vitae bistro, and in 2017 it branched out into independent bottling with its Aqua Vita Whisky Selection brand.

Its first bottlings were known as the Greek Gods Series and debuted at Whiskyfair Takao in 2017. Serialised releases have since become a defining theme of the company's outturn.
