& Whisky is a series of Scotch whisky bottlings with a variety of four-word titles separated by ampersands. It was first released through the Atom Labs branch of Atom Brands in 2020. Atom Labs was introduced the year prior and is a vehicle for the company to rapidly road-test new brand ideas by developing and marketing them in-house through its parent company's Master of Malt retail arm.
The flagship expression is an Islay single malt called Seaweed & Aeons & Digging & Fire, which is released in regular batches with occasional cask strength and cask-finish varieties.
