The Un-Chillfiltered Collection

The Un-Chillfiltered Collection is the flagship brand of independent bottler, the Signatory Vintage Scotch Whisky Company. As the name suggests, the whiskies are bottled without any chill-filtration treatment and comprise both small batch and single cask examples of single malt and single grain Scotch.

First introduced in 2000, the brand has a regular outturn and wide distribution. So much so that examples are regularly produced exclusively for specific distributors and retailers.
