Old Pulteney

Old Pulteney is the official name for the single malt produced at the Pulteney distillery in Wick.

The first distillery bottlings produced using the brand were launched by Inver House Distillers in 1997, however Gordon & MacPhail had previously been granted the official licence to market the brand by Hiram Walker subsidiary, J&G Stodart, since the early 1960s. As such, the Elgin-based independent bottler is the only other company permitted to use the Old Pulteney name.
