Produced by the independent bottler, Blackadder International, The Old Man of Hoy is a brand of single malt Scotch whiskies distilled on the island of Orkney.
The name is derived from the 137-metre sea stack on Hoy, part of the Orkney archipelago off the north coast of Scotland. Mostly single cask releases, the brand is often bottled in Blackadder International's signature Raw Cask style, however reduced strength offerings have been made available in the past.
