His Excellency is a Scotch whisky brand owned and produced by the English cask brokering company, Bartels Rawlings International. The label is traditionally a blended Scotch however on occasion it has represented independent bottlings of single grain whisky as well.
The brand was introduced in 1961 by Bartels Rawlings & Co, and was revived by its predecessor and current owner in 2013.
