Elements of Islay

The Elements of Islay range is a collection of independent bottlings of Islay single malt whiskies, introduced in 2008 by the Speciality Drinks group. In 2017 the responsibility for the brand was transferred to the newly created Elixir Distillers bottling company, and they continue to produce it today.

Each release in the series is typified by the designation of a two-letter code for each single malt, in the style of the periodic table of the elements. In keeping with the theme, each subsequent release has a number appended to it in the fashion of an atomocity number.
