The Dead Rabbit
Launched in 2018, The Dead Rabbit is an Irish whiskey brand produced by J&G Distillers, a subsidiary of the Quintessential Brands Group. It was first created by First Spirits Ireland in collaboration with Sean Muldoon and Jack McGarry to mark the fifth anniversary of their The Dead Rabbit bar in New York.
Quintessential Brands moved production from their First Spirits Ireland facility to the Dublin Liberties distillery when it opened in 2019. The brand is available as a single expression that is aged in ex-bourbon casks and finished in virgin oak.
