A Danish distillery originally founded in the basement of the Ørbæk Brewery in 2009. It moved to its own purpose-built premises in 2017 where it produces both peated and non-peated spirit on a pair of pot and column hybrid stills. Its flagship whisky brand is called Isle of Fionia.
