Rosebank is a sorely missed lowland malt but occasionally Diageo has a Special Release

This was aged in refill American oak and refill European oak casks, a must have official bottle from this lost classic.

Distilled in 1990 and released within Diageo's Super Premium selection 2011.

Limited to only 5604 bottles.

The Rare Malt Selection is a historic selection of single malt whiskies from operational and lost distilleries that were released by Diageo between 1995 and 2005.

This Rosebank was distilled in 1979 and bottled 20 years later in October 1999.

Released at natural cask strength of 56.2% this is bottle number 3737. Royal Lochnagar distilled this in 1974 and it was bottled as a 30 year old.

The distillery is situated close to Balmoral, the Queen’s official residence in Scotland which makes this Distillery a Tourist must.

 The legendary closed Lowland distillery. This was distilled on 26th February 1981 and bottled 20 years later by First Cask.

A cask strength bottling from Gordon and Macphail, distilled on the 27th June 1990 and bottled on 30th March 2006 from two refill sherry butts #1605 and 1606.

Mothballed in 1983 and demolished in 1990, the site now houses a Supermarket. 

North Port is quickly becoming scarce, this is a rare example from the early 1970s, distilled in 1974 and bottled by The First Cask guys at 24 years of age.

Matured in cask #3900.
